We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the generous donors, particularly Dick’s Sporting Goods, Finity, and our anonymous supporters. Your kindness has enabled us to procure vital items such as tents, balls, shin guards, and first aid kits. We are genuinely appreciative!

Our club emphasizes uniformity on the field, thus we do not permit sponsorships on uniforms or t-shirts; only the VWSC logo is authorized. Alternate jerseys are not allowed. Teams with sponsors may use only their items, like scarves and backpacks, on the sidelines, ensuring all provided items are distributed to every player.

No embellishments are permitted on t-shirts or uniforms, including names, numbers, sparkles, or other decorations. Families must purchase replacements if these guidelines are not observed. Teams may select matching socks; players in U9 and above will receive socks as part of their kits, with additional pairs available for $7.50. Wearing VWSC socks is not mandatory.

For teams in U5-U8, the official uniforms consist of specially colored tee shirts, with the color changing each season. The cost of the tee shirts is included in the registration fee. Coaches will hand out the shirts prior to the season, allowing players to try them on for necessary size adjustments.

Families are responsible for providing BLACK soccer shorts (without pockets), shin guards, and socks. Each player should bring a soccer ball; parents should consult with the coach regarding the appropriate size.

For U9 players and older, uniform kits include a home jersey (black), away jersey (lime), shorts, and socks. Kits are ordered at registration, but requests can be made anytime by contacting me. Payment must be made in advance, and players are required to wear the latest style from GearFC. While we welcome number requests, fulfillment is not guaranteed, though I will do my utmost to accommodate.

Kits are priced at $50 (including tax), and individual items can be purchased separately. Exchanges for incorrect sizes are allowed as long as tags remain attached. We can also accommodate different sizes for different pieces. Extra shorts and socks can be ordered via our vendor or by reaching out to me. Payments can be made via cash, check (to Vancouver West Soccer Club), or credit/debit card.

Kits will be distributed by coaches to their players. Each player needs to provide their own soccer ball and wear shin guards. Available sizes include YM, YL, YXL, AS, AM, AL, and AXL; YS is not available. Our jerseys follow a European Style, which are slightly narrower. The YXL and AS jerseys share the same width, with AS offering additional length.
